Midnight Aria

Hi guys. . .my name is Tate, and I am searching for the right opportunity. I formed and played guitar for midnight aria (purevolume.com/midnightaria, myspace.com/midnightaria), and had lots of great times writing, recording, and touring with 4 amazing guys. But now midnight aria is no more, and I'm getting antsy. I'm talking to a couple bands about possibly playing some bass, but I want to find any opportunities I can. I have been playing bass for over 10 years, guitar for over 9, and have been singing all my life. I have spent most of my time playing guitar or bass and singing back up vocals, but I definetly can and would be interested in singing lead if the right opportunity came along.
I am mostly into power pop or pop punk stuff. . .think Paramore, head automatica, say anything, the starting line, alkaline trio, Cute is what we aim for. really not into playing overly heavy or mello stuff. I'm also not a super technical player on guitar. . .I can do some cool stuff, but I'm more of a power chord rockin' type of guitarist. I did mostly rhythm in midnight aria, but I also did almost all of the solos.
as for what I'm looking for, I am only interested in established, serious bands who have spent time on the road and have atleast one album out, preferably on a good label (duh), but thats not a determining factor. no, I'm not interested in joining the band you just started with your buddy from 4th period. ;)
I own a conversion van and enclosed trailor, road tested and ready to hit it again. I love touring, probably more than anything else. getting out there and just doing it till you can't see straight. it's not fun to be famous if you haven't earned it (paris, yeah, talkin to you bitch).
oh yeah, and I like to rock the fuck out. I mean, as in I have fallen off of like 6 stages and broken like 3 guitars. hehe. . .good times.
as for gear, its all guitar stuff right now. marshal jcm900 head, krank chadwick head, avatar cabs, fender guitars. for bass, all I have is a fender P, but I'm willing and able to purchase pro gear for the right project.
