on a good old ipod shuffle session Mouth of Ghosts came on, followed by For Miles. and i realized two of my favorite guitarists became great piano players over the course of one album.
i know theres a lot more for teppei than for ben, but who o you think has better output on the piano?

Love both Thrice and Dillinger. Ben Weinman is more talented, but Teppei, not to say I don't have a huge gay man crush on him for his work, will win the popular vote.

Both are great, but I'm more familiar with Teppei's work with Thrice. He's such a talented musician/producer.

I can't choose. Two of my favorite bands (DEP starting from Irony).
But there ought to be more examples out there.
(doesn't Teppei play the intro to "In Years To Come", perhaps more unfortunately perceived as the ending of Deadbolt?)
