The following is a mini interview of generic questions that we posed to all bands that wanted to answer:

1. How did you get your band name?
Our name is a combination of staring at hot girls and Oreos, our favourite things in the world. "stare+eos"
2. How did this band get started?
We basically just met each other through the local music scene in other existing bands and decided to make a band of the coolest guys and cut out the losers.
3. What bands are you influenced by?
We're influenced by tons of music across a lot of genres but I think our tops would be Rancid meets R Kelly.
4. If you could tour with any bands, past or present, who would it be and why?
Rancid, for sure.
5. If you were a furry, what animal would you be? Why that animal?
Probably a polar bear cuz they're stronger than other bears
6. Why should people listen to your band?
Cuz we're the catchiest band in the world!
7. If you were chosen to be in Guitar Hero/Rock Band, what song would you want in the game? How hard do you think it would be to five-star on expert?
I would pick our song "Summer Girl" cuz it's super good but it doesn't matter how hard you set the game, a blind baby could still play it perfectly.
8. If you won a Grammy, who would you thank?
I would thank our families, friends and fans. And I guess the Grammy people for making such a great decision.
9. If you could change something about the music industry, what would it be?
I wish people bought music as much as they used to. I know people appreciate music as much as ever but it's so much easier for people to just have whatever they want.
10. Memorable tour experience?
I have one pretty much every day. The most recent would be us making a theme song to "Grublets on Ice" on GarageBand in the van on a long drive.
11. What does AP.net mean to you?
It's an awesome site where I know all of us have gone and still go to for music info. It's great to have this opportunity that tons of bands we love have got!
12. What is your favorite song to play?
Probably "She Only Likes Me When She's Drunk" cuz it's rad.
13. What is your vacation spot of choice?
I love Miami and LA but after my recent night on Bourbon Street I have to go back to New Orleans . Soon.
14. What music reminds you of your childhood?
I was an Ace of Base freak so I'd say that. Or Sting's solo stuff cuz my dad played it like every day.
15. If you could have any super power, what would it be? Why?
X-Ray vision. I think it's obvious why.
16. Do you feel that your band has "made it"?
Not at all. We've only just started and we have a really long way to go. We've accomplished some awesome stuff but no matter what new stuff we do we always get hungrier to do more.
17. What is something that most fans don't know about you?
That I'm obsessed with NFL football.
18. What's your favorite holiday?
Christmas! It's not even close.
19. What do you like to do in your spare time?
Watch sports, eat Mexican food and go to gentleman's clubs with our guitar player Robb.
20. What kind of hidden talents do you have?
I'm an unbelievable football player. If I gained 70lbs I could be in the NFL tomorrow.
