I love this show so much. I taped the season premiere..ive yet to watch it. But i cant wait to. The show has some great writers but i feel as though they will tap out of ideas after a few more seasons.

I resist the urge to watch them on Thursdays (except last night, come on... season premieres) and watch them late Friday nights via Bit Torrent. I used to watch The Office first because I love the show. And while I really like Earl, it was always a bit anticlimactic after watching the show I like much more. So now I watch Earl first.

Both season premieres were great, but I thought Earl's premiere was one of the best episodes of the show so far. Crab Man's Pixie Stix drink was awesome.

I liked this but nothing can touch Arrested Development for me. I love every detail about that show. It was the closest thing to becoming the next Seinfeld.

Well this is going to be one ridiculous bump but I am just curious if anyone on this board likes this show anymore? I see that no one's mentioned it in a long time while Scrubs, The Office and 30 Rock had threads going all season long. I myself watch it because it's on during the whole two hour block that the other shows are on and I do find it funny sometimes even though a lot of the jokes fall flat. I also felt like waaaay too much happened this season. Anyone watch this anymore?

Yeah, I do still watch it faithfully every week but I also still feel like a bit too much happened this year. Maybe you'll watch and see what I mean, or maybe you'll disagree, I don't know. Either way, I love the characters overall. Crab man and his pet Mr. Turtle make me smile.

I thought this season was great, the show's regular format was getting a bit tired and Earl's time in Prison was really well done and made it interesting to see how he still did his list. Then Earl in a coma was really cool beause it showed alot more of the characters we don't get as much of. I think the only flaw in this season was Billie's character and storyline... I wish she was the perfect dream-girl instead of the annoying character that she ended up being

That's actually exactly how I felt. I wish they would just let him have a girl as I feel like they badly need a love interest for Earl that sticks for once. I liked the prison and coma idea but then came the Billie storyline which suddenly ended up being a train wreck out of nowhere when I wished it would have ended up the opposite way. I think that because that part of the story ended the way it did, I ended up feeling like too much happened for Earl's life to end up no different from what it once was by the end of the season. He goes to prison, gets hit by a car and goes in a coma, gets out of the coma and immediately gets married, then gets divorced and ends up back in the same crappy motel like nothing ever happened. I don't know, I was let down by the way things ended with the Billie character.

I think Earl is way more consistant of a show than Office, I enjoy them both, but last season of Office had some incredibly terrible episodes/plotlines, whereas the last season of Earl was great

its really good to watch on DVD.

i watch it every year on dvd when it comes out but never on TV.

i liked season 3 a whole lot. its alot better than season 2.


but the best episode is in season 1. stole beer from a golfer.
