computer nerds help me

my asshole dad changed my password (we have XP) and I need to hack into my account before he gets home, which is in like an hour. How can I get into mine WITHOUT changing the password? I know I can change mine from here (im logged on to my sisters account) but he would find out and kill me, because i couldnt change it back to what he made it. I seriously need to get this in less than an hour... HELP
