I would really love to see more movies that are animated like they used to be, aladdin, the lion king, et cetera. I'm really getting tired of seeing so many Pixar movies being cranked out all the time, I mean, I enjoy them and all but I miss the old way of doing it. The last hand-animated movie I remember disney doing was Enchanted, and that was half live action.

They're still releasing ''old school'' movies from time to time, so I'm cool with that.

I'd prefer Disney make more movies like this and this style. The new craze seems to be CGI Disney with terrible characters with even worse one liners. Cheesy, cheesy, cheesy. What ever happened to Disney movies with good story and lovable characters? I think Princess and the Frog fits in this category because it didn't go over the top like most of its peers that just aim for a giggle or two from a kid. I liked the visuals and everything about it

The old-school movies just seemed to have more....heart.

Edit: except when compared to the Pixar movies.

Pixar is pretty much the only exception. I loved Up.

Haha, true, but it's technically Disney-Pixar now, so I assume it falls under that umbrella.

This is by far the best animated film I've seen in the last few years.

I like the old fashioned hand-animated movies, but I gotta say, I love the Disney/Pixar films too.

I personally don't care, I'll be happy with either if they stop with this overpriced 3-D craze.

This. The only CGI movie that I really, really like (besides Up) is Meet the Robinsons. I have no idea why, I just love it.

I love Disney hand drawn, and I love Pixar. So they can do whatever they want.

wait so people now hate critically acclaimed awesome Pixar movies? or are we not counting those...because otherwise this poll is retarded. Everyone LOVES! toy story, walle (top 20 greatest movies), ratatouille, finding nemo and more....are you serious? there hasn't been a GREAT hand-drawn disney movie since Hercules.

Disney should stick to good old hand-drawn animation, and keep Pixar separate for CGI. Unless they have a terrible idea for a CGI movie. Then they should just label it Disney.

If we are speaking strictly Disney and not including Disney-Pixar, then I'm going to go with more hand-drawn please and thank you.

this should never have even been a question. This CGI crap has completely ruined the true nature of what made Disney, Disney.

hand-drawn is so much better than CGI

I got into this discussion a few months back with a friend of mine, over the new new movie that Disney had put out The Princess and the Frog. He told me that the new suits up in the Disney offices were planning on releasing more hand drawn animated movies now. I think he said something like every couple years for a while just to get Disney back into that whole "Disney" feel. He read this somewhere though, this is not insider information.

Besides Pixar, any CGI film made directly by Disney just weren't as good as the classics. They should leave the CGI animation to Pixar.

Hand drawn, let Pixar do CGI.

The Princess and the Frog was good IMO.

I saw this as well, that they're going to green-light at least one every two years.

Yeah, that's what I remember him saying. That's cool too. Maybe we'll get some more classics. I haven't seen the newest one, but I'd like to.

I love animation, but also love old skool hand-drawn movies. I'd like to see them making less live action and instead making more hand-drawn.
