Depends. Minimum two, when I wake up (morning breath.... ugh) and before bed. If I eat something with sinew (chicken, pineapple, ect.) then I may brush a third time to clean out my teeth. Make sure to floss too!

I'm a strange case...never had a cavity in my life, but always have just once a day at night time. You aren't eating anything in your sleep, why need anything besides mouthwash in the morning? I am excessively clean when it comes to other things like showering/shaving...but i've always been a lazy tooth brusher without consequences.

Good teeth is the first thing I look for in the opposite sex. So I guess my main reason is that I don't wanna come off as hypocritical.
