I did a quick search, but all I could find was the B Is For B-Sides remixes available on vinyl in the Fueled By Ramen webstore (http://store.fueledbyramen.com/albumview.asp?idproduct=26873).

i wasn't overly impressed with what i heard of the remixes, but i do love me less than jake live

If you buy the in with the out crowd special edition it comes with a data disc of a bunch of live songs and all the remixs. So that is a way to get them. By the way this song kicks ass.
