Best of 2006?

every year i make a best of ......cd and debut it on new year's eve, however this year i'm finding it a big tricky. any ideas? i definatley need this cd to have flow, every cd needs flow. like start off fairly pumpin, take it down a notch, then really pump it up then mellow out at the end. you get the idea

any suggestions?

you gotta have city and colour - save your scissors near the begining of the albumn where ur bringing it down a little bit, id put spin by taking back sunday towards the end just cuz it has some wicked riffs in it... i would prolly throw think agaisnt the grain by over it in there too, but thats just a personal fav
