The Academy Is... (http://www.theacademyis.com) has posted a MTV-exclusive fan-inspired song and video entitled "Summer Song" here (http://stew.mtv.com). The band was given their fans' pictures from the summer and were asked to write a soundtrack to accompany the slideshow.

im sorry, that song was the most cheesy thing i have heard in a long time. Yeah sure, its catchy, but it is by no means good....the video idea was pretty cool....for a senior girl to make chronicling their summer...not as a real music video....i hate to say all of this mean stuff because i love TAI....but oh man it was disappointing.
