So, lately I've been drinking more milk than ever before in my life.

This past week I've had massive mood swings and depression almost worse than I have ever in my life.

I search Google, and there are many sources that claim milk has been linked to depression, irritability, and mood-swings.

Well, the sites I found don't seem very reputable, but I am going to stop drinking milk for a week as an experiment.

Certain types of milk may do that but I'm not sure what types. I know when I was in jail all they ever gave us to drink was milk and one of the CO's told us that they had to change brand names because riots at another county jail. I kinda thought it was bullshit until reading this topic... damn. Maybe it's true.

If I was sent to jail, I'd just tell everyone I was caught killing my non existent brother, only because people would be scared shitless of me, and as you can tell, I'm the skinniest mother fucker around.

I'm a mean bastard and I like to get drunk and fight alot. I think that was the reason. Jail's not bad really (read: my family reunion). Prison... that's the bitch and I don't plan on going there. I've only been locked up like three times though and never for more than a month at a time.

Yeah, but milk making people hulk-out is freaky shit. If someone tried kicking my ass and the only excuse they gave me was, "I'm not lactose intolerant, bitch!", I'd flip.

ive gotta say.. that seems a little far fetched. hormones sometimes cause unpredictable mood swings. and also, to stop drinking milk for a week would not be a good experiement, because much like the placebo effect, if you think drinking milk will stop your mood swings, that will automotically improve them.

fuck...if that's true, I drink like a gallon of milk a week, at least...probably more (mostly chocolate though, or with cereal).

This could be interesting to see...why is it that everything that was "good" for me as a child may now lead to my death?
