Who is the best comedy character out of these?

I've put quite a few down that I would never even have on this list and I'm sure there are quite a few I've missed out. But seeing as I HATE family guy and seinfeld, I thought it was pretty good of me to put any characters from those shows on it. I also put ones down that people seem to deem "classic", even if I disagree. But I thought this'd be interesting.

This is a very tough call for me. But I've gone for Alan Partridge out of pure character creation.

If it was a team, it'd be Gobias....altho Butters & Cartman are classic together.

What about Charlie Kelly....from sunny in philadelphia....definitely my favorite. I went with Larry David though, too funny in Curb!
