both are phenomenal bands. I ended up choosing The Appleseed Cast. Low Level Owl I+II changed my life.

Appleseed Cast hands down. Incredible discography, and just an amazing band overall.

I chose MM, although I wasn't a huge fan of Pneuma, I love the direction they seem to be going in with Foreword.

Appleseed Cast are more influential, and Moving Mountains even owe that band some dues. However, I am glad Moving Mountains is getting this much attention.

I received oral stimulation with Moving Mountains playing low in the background. This has never occurred with The Appleseed Cast. Therefore I choose Moving Mountains.
