Yeah, I am pretty sure it is The Kick. I think they just passed it off as a new song. Or maybe Gasoline Heart is playing it live now.

Anyway, I hope that people are checking this album out. It kind of went unnoticed but it's a great rock n roll record.

gasoline heart plays a lot of the kick songs because it's basically the kick with a new name and a little more grizzled.
