vampires are a cooler idea.... there's just so much STORY behind vampire that's become engrained in our society. I have a lot of respect for fictional creatures that are REAL IN SOCIETY (let me explain: Fairies, Gods, Vampires, Witches and more. All of these things have certain characteristics that, for the most part, most people in America are aware of. So in my eyes, it makes them real. I bet more Americans can tell you characteristics describing a vampire than say a Senator...so they're real) Garlic, stakes, caskets, bats, sex, bite marks, blood, capes, accent, transylvania, sunlight, reflection...it goes on and on.


werewolves arent bad. But there's just not enough repetoir to make it as strong as vampires.
