what pisses me off about him is the fact that comedy centrall lost dave chappell so they needed some show w/ a comedian who is of ethnis decent who says stuffic racial stuff....he's just a replacement and his stand up is funnier than his show which is pretty dumb.

him being a character isn't the problem. he's just simply annoying and the furthest thing from funny i can think of.

it's like he decided to take Chappelle's racial stereotypes and go with it. the only difference is Chappelle actually has things to say about race relations whereas Mencia is just playing it up for laughs...when in reality, all he does is steal jokes from people like George Lopez who aren't funny to begin with.
