Although I do agree with the earlier discussion we had about the value of companies buying Facebook and Myspace, there is much more fear of lawsuit with YouTube then the other two, simply due to the vast amount copyright infringement done on a daily basis there.

Just remember, every time you see some kid lip-syncing the Backstreet Boys, Cartel, or Willie Nelson, those artists and their labels want paid. And as we all know, major labels will stop at nothing to get their money.

This being said, YouTube is still worth a pretty penny, lawsuits or no lawsuits.

According to this RBC analyst, MySpace may be worth $15billion in three years. Rubert Murdoch's News Corp. only paid $580 million for it. That's a 2486% return...not bad.
