Brand New (http://www.absolutepunk.net/brandnew) will be doing an instore Tuesday, November 21st at 7PM at Vintage Vinyl (http://www.vvinyl.com/default.asp) in NJ. Preorder their upcoming CD, The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me, at the store to get a wristband to the show.

I'm seeing Brand New at the Tweeter Center on the 17th. The next day I drive back to college (University of Maryland) and see them there... where I will be working at the show (and hopefully have some backstage access). Then I come home for Thanksgiving Break on the 21st and see them again in-store (assuming they still have wristbands when I get there at 11AM tomorrow).
You can be sure I'll do my best to bootleg all three.

Id love to get a copy on Vinyl.. Thats been my latest trend, re-buying all my favorite albums on vinyl. Its really fun looking for them to buy. I bought a original copy of Green Days Dookie for 120 dollars off ebay...for those who didnt know that vinyl record is worth over 150 right now...
Vinyl will always be around cuz its the only thing a band can release now a days that can actually be worth more than 12.99 someday. I mean CD's will always remain the same price cuz its so easy to duplicate more of them and the record companys only release a limited amount of vinyl for each album a band makes...take Taking Back Sunday for example, Victory only pressed 2500-4000 copys of Tell All Your Friends on Vinyl.. in 15 years from now, that record could actually be worth over 100 dollars, if they continue to get bigger.
I ramble alot when im high. get used to it.

Yeah, I agree completely. That's what happened with the headlining tour over the summer... as soon as the Starland Ballroom date was announced, people were all set on roadtripping, thinking it was only one show. Then it sells out in 10 minutes and later they announce it's a tour and add more dates. I found Starland tickets on eBay from people in California. I wouldn't be surprised in the next week or so they announce one at Looney Tunes. My sister left at around 8:50 this morning to go to Vintage Vinyl to get a wristband, and wait outside the store for around 3 hours or so until it opened. If she doesn't get one... that would suck. It would be the worst birthday ever, since it's our birthday today (we're twin sisters).
EDIT: It looks like there just might be one at Looney Tunes the day before, November 20th.

the way vintage works is that you need to preorder IN PERSON.
that means you need to be making the trip twice. once to preorder, once for the show.

btw, i was at vintage vinyl at 9 am this morning and waited 3 hours for the store to open. because i expected a huge line of people waiting (like at starland). boy was i pissed. what a way to start off my birthday.
hopefully they'll get the wristbands in tomorrow like the guy said. the girl originally told me to check back in a week. pfft.

i got tix too. starland always sells out in a heartbeat, thats what i love about vintage. the size & the amount of people there makes it so much more personal. can't wait.
