WTF is up with TBS?

I've been gone on my senior trip for the last week and totally cut off from the whole world, and It seems like something has surfaced about Taking Back Sunday breaking up. I just wanna know what the deal is right now?

They took a break, got taken off the warped tour list, added back on, then taken off again. I am pretty sure they will eventually get back together. I guess its all personal problems.

A friend of mine told me that they took a break because they had problems. I never heard that Jonh left the band. My friend said something about someone having family problems or something like that?

i listened to "your own disaster" on the warped comp today... it was really sad. knowing that they are breaking up, with the song all slow, getting distorted and fading.... *sniff*. it sounded like an old friend whose vocie you would never hear again... you know when your like "keep in touch" and you swear you'll write and you do at first, but you know that its the beginning of the end. i wanted to cry. ok. emo time over. the new warped comp kciks ass

btw, is "pieces of you in me" going to be on the new PTW, or is it on an old cd?

Wait............Is the "your Own Disaster" on the Comp different than the demo version?!?!?!?!! If So, Does it sound kick ass?!?!?!? Thats my Fav TBS song ever, I hope they did it well.

adam was going out w/ john's sister(who can be heard on vocals on the songs bike scene and ghost man on 3rd). he cheated on her on the road. this, toppled with adams growing coke problem, a habit he picked up on from the guys in midtown(which he has under control now), was enough to make john quit.

i dont kno. i neverheard the first one. ist very slow and has some acoustic, but there is some distortion so i guess they are using an electric somehwhere. it gets all static-y att the end. it made me sad.

but i liked it. i belive it was called the "sneak peek" version. at what? a peek at the perpetually unreleased/started/finished 2nd album?

Im pretty sure TBS as we know it is over. Im sure they'll find a replacement for John but it wont be the same. I didn't know they were all coke heads haha. That explains the way he acts onstage.

Dude, that would be a ninjafied press release. It would almost make up for TBS breaking up just to see a press release like that.

when they grow up maybe their band will last more than a couple years.
