Smiley faces help please!

My computer was just fixed from a virus. Now I can only access the most basic "smiley faces". Does anyone know what might have happened, or what to do?

I realize this is another thread, but no one is helping there. Also it doesn't seem like many people read these.

I can only see the standards in the drop-down list as well. Not sure what to do about it, but I just go here (http://www.absolutepunk.net/misc.php?do=showsmilies).
