Lifetime (http://www.absolutepunk.net/lifetime) will be playing two record release shows in Asbury Park and Philadelphia with The Explosion and labelmates The A.K.A.s. 2 songs... i'm quite interested to hear them. and unlike others, i really do hope for some slight update in their sound. just a little though

the explosion are pretty rad. newest album wasnt as good but flash flash flash rules.

you're going to have to emphasize on that one for me...if you're looking for them to sound like some of the saturated bands out there today(see many of their labelmates) then i gotta say i disagree. the new live video they have sounds incredible. get excited man.

They re-united and started writing not too long ago. Give them a minute...

They record an album for Decaydance, I can`t wait to hear the 7" and check out what they come up with ... it`s always a strange feeling with reunions, cause they can destroy some good old memories and certain things a band meant to you ... but I really have trust in Lifetime ... they`ve only done amazing stuff after Lifetime ... Kid Dynamite, Paint It Black, None More Black only to name the best know ... and whoever complained about the opening bands and included The Explosion in his complain: Di you ever listen to this band, did you ever see them live?!?! You should!

Two songs is a pretty big tease. They better be good, at least better than that crap Gorilla Biscuits passed off this summer. Those were really bad songs (as much as I tried to like them)
