Great Review on Eat, Sleep, Repeat. This hits my thoughts of the album on the head. I'm an avid Copeland fan and simply love the melodic harmonies of the new album. At first I didn't really like the album, but two more listens and I am hooked. Brilliant. Copeland challenges and views things in a way most dare to venture. Their lyrics, musical compostion, and vocals, make for a delightful mix. It is far from In Motion but with that in mind, the album is simply amazing. This review really hits my feelings about the album on the dot. I'm an avoid Copeland fan, so naturally I feel in love with the album. You will either hate it or love it, but for someone who enjoys calm, melodic, relaxing harmonie and enjoys reflection on lifes little things, give the ablum a try
