Taking Back Sunday. It's rare that I like the acoustic version better than the original song, but this is one of my favorites. Anyone else heard it and have thoughts?

I luv it tooo......its very good for a Taking Back Sunday acoustic version. Most times, acoustic versions of songs can maybe mess it up-but i think they for sure hit it on the head!

i've heard it.. but i don't really like it too much. i enjoy the original verision better.

The one on Punk Goes Acoustic? That sucks compared to the real thing. Totally lost all the energy, all the emotion, that's in the original.

The acoustic version from Chain Reaction, however, with John on piano, is fucking incredible. So are the other 3 songs I have from it.

i'm not sure. maybe because i heard the original first and fell in love with it. i love acoustic stuff a ton, but this version just like.. drags on and has no excitement. i was disappointed when i heard it :/

Is that the one where the crowd sings "Why can't I feel anything from anyone other than you?", and Adam responds, "Come on that was fucking weak", and they do it again? That video is amazing. It's like semi-acoustic.

I think the Punk Goes Acoustic version is alright, but I just like the in your face attitude of the normal version.

i like the acoustic version a lot, but probably not as much as the original. it all depends on my mood i guess.

Cute Without The E one of my favourites. And even though I love acoustic songs, nothing beats the original.

I completely agree with you. I've always been a huge fan of TBS but when I heard CWE Acoustic I was like ok I love these guys they are amazing. I'm a sucker for anything acoustic though ;-)

i love TBS, one of my fav. bands to see live as well, but i never really like the acoustic version of that song, i kinda of feel the vocals were weak on it, and adam is one of the best frontmen in the biz, but i dunno....

i think as far as stage presence goes he's up there in todays music, along with people like Daryl Palumbo, Max Bemis and others who just connect with the audience on very personal level, plus hes got the mic tricks down to a T
