it will never happen, for one the first time it happen a law suit will be filed and it will win or would win when it hits the supreme court, because you can't destroy someones personal property just because you dont like what there doing.........This would be like me taking/borrowing my neighbor shovel, with out asking, and then he finds outs and comes over and destroys house........
