Has anyone been? I'm going next week, and I'm really interested to hear what is being played, especially by Misery Signals.

go for misery signals and maybe btbam. kids from my college are opening for this tour when it comes to cleveland, and they're advertising it as a norma jean show, completely ignoring btbam and misery signals. fuck...

even though i do not like Norma Jean, i heard that they have 2 drummers play at the same time. one does the floor toms and cymbals and the other guy (the reg drummer) plays whats heard on the cd, so it sounds heavier. i wish i went to see how this was performed. Also Norma Jean has like a crazy ass setup with amps just going anyway possible, like a big avalanche.
also: between the buried and me does the queen cover.
and misery signals sounds exactly, like they do on the cd live.
i heard all of this from the orlando show two days ago from a friend, so its pretty up to date.

hmm.. i saw norma back when josh was in the band, and a year ago at sounds of the underground. they set the amps up weird then, and i didn't know why. and two drummers sounds interesting. misery signals would still blow them away, but that sounds cool.

Hey Jordan, learn to scroll and read. Exact same thread spelled exactly the same way....I know, because I started it.
But yes....amazing tour. I was sad Misery Signals didn't play Anchor though. Fav song on Mirrors.

Hmmm, I'm also going to the Cleveland one, but for BTBAM

Hey Gene, thanks for the wonderful advice.
I'm pretty sure Norma Jean's extra drummer is Matt Putman, who is the singer Cory's brother. He used to be the percussionist for Living Sacrifice, which means that this will rule.
I saw Misery Signals last year with Jesse singing, and they pretty much sounded exactly like the cd. But they were seriously amazing, and I really hope that they will be just as good. Mirrors is amazing, and Karl did a pretty good job replacing Jesse.
