The above link is allegations towards Bp, regarding the possibility of them covering oil with fresh sand. Interesting enough, discuss.

Of course, a conspiracy regarding the spill.

BP was Photoshopping images of their control room to make it look like they had things under control. Dumping fresh sand on top of oil covered sand doesn't seem like a stretch for them at all at this point.
Pretty sure 99% of the conspiracy theories out there about the spill aren't as fucked and shitty as the reality of this situation.

I just recently heard this...pretty amazing, IMO.
I'm listening to the Joe Rogan Podcast, for some reason they're talking about BP conspiracies so I decided to look it up. Pretty stupid I know, but funny either way.

Joe Rogan is just as worse as Alex Jones when it comes to this shit. He's a moron.

Yeah, except Rogan is a comedian at his base. Jones is a 'commentator' (or whatever the fuck FoxNEWS types refer to themselves as). Jones is supposed to be taken much more seriously than Rogan is.
(Before someone 'lolz, Jones is on the left!', I know, I just lump him in there with Rove, Beck and the like)

Rogan is awesome, his podcasts are ridiculous, like 2 1/2 hours long.

Rogan's hysterical, I love his standup. I don't really listen to podcasts, but I imagine his are pretty entertaining.

Dude, get iTunes, pretty sure you have it already...go to joerogan.net and look for the podcast, just subscribe to it.
If you follow MMA at all, Jason "Mayhem" Miller was the guest on today's show.

Ha ha ha, installing iTunes on my laptop causes my wireless internet to fail, that's why I don't follow podcasts.
I follow MMA, but I'm not avid. I follow MMA like I follow the NFL; I like a few teams/fighters, but in the long run, I don't really care that much.

HA, alright. Well you know Bully Beatdown? That douche bag with the red stripe in his hair is Jason Miller. Believe it or not, he dominates and has been fighting for quite sometime.
You know Strikeforce right? That big ass brawl that happened on live TV was caused by Jason Miller.

I generally follow UFC, but I think I know the guy you're talking about. He instigated a brawl on live TV? Ha ha ha, I like this guy already.

He stormed into the octagon, came up to the champion in his weight class, who had just fought, and asked for a rematch. But then, people in the champs crew decided that they wanted to get crazy and all of a sudden jumped Miller.
So, in the podcast, Miller explains that the only thought going through his head was, "holy shit, i'm getting jumped on live tv!".

Seriously though, I was listening to the Rush Limbaugh program this afternoon (like I always do), and there was an ad for some candidate running for Congress asking voters to tell Nancy Pelosi that they don't want the government to bailout BP.

No, it's very controversial, i.e., 'controvery'.
Psh, learn newspeak.

Haha, well I was willing to let the first one slide, but two screwed up titles in the same day and both on the News Feed is just too much.

did the epa ever get bp to change dispersants or did they take bp's refusal to do so lying down?

The EPA is reviewing the chemicals, and at any time can prohibit the use of any dispersant, but from the last I've checked, BP is still at it.

i thought the EPA ordered BP to switch dispersants a few weeks back and BP basically told them to fuck off.

I wouldn't doubt it, but this whole situation really makes you wonder who the fuck is really in charge...

i imagine that BP is more or less running the show since they're paying for the clean up.

From that article, it sounds like they didn't actually break the directive. I don't know anything at all about dispersant, so I can't really call them out on their reasoning (which may or may not be sound).

if you google corexit you'll find the msds (material safety data sheet) pretty easily.
that lists (among other things) the health hazards that the manufacturer knows about.

yes.
dude is batshit crazy. he will go up to meetings of the G20 or whatever group of world leaders screaming into a bullhorn and then wonder why he gets arrested. i've actually read conspiracy theories saying that he's a government agent that's meant to act crazy so nobody takes anti-authoritarians seriously. i don't necessarily buy it but it's a lot more plausible than any shit jones says.
