The reason they're always hiring is because their turnover rates are insane. There's a reason I only lasted 3 weeks at Walmart, and that reason sure as hell wasn't because I was having a great time working there.

we're tourist infested up where i live... its insane. theres so many jobs all at restaurants and golf courses and resorts, etc. etc.
i'm a waitress at a pizza and mexican restaurant called "Zorbaz". its pretty pimp

Eh... I've been looking for/applying for jobs since March... No luck. Up here it's the worst summer job market in 37 years. Eck. Blockbuster isn't hiring here sadly, although I applied - maybe for the school year. I am also applying to Best Buy.

the job market is slim these days. i lucked out on a job in retail before the college kids came home. :)
