If you buy any piece of clothing from Emanuel's (http://www.thisisemanuel.com) MerchDirect online store (http://www.merchdirect.net/Emanuel), you have the chance to win all of the bands favorite movies, as well as hand written notes from the band explaining why they love those movies. This is one of the stupidest contest ideas I've ever heard. I like the fact that they're really emphasizing the HAND WRITTEN NOTES part of it, as if Emanuel are huge rock stars, or moreover, actually something more than just a shitty glassjaw ripoff.

This is one of the stupidest contest ideas I've ever heard. I like the fact that they're really emphasizing the HAND WRITTEN NOTES part of it, as if Emanuel are huge rock stars, or moreover, actually something more than just a shitty glassjaw ripoff.

I think they're just trying to emphasize the fact that they're normal guys just like everyone else. I mean, I think it's a way better prize than just a signed poster (like most bands do). At least now, you'll get a ton of use out of it all.

Annnnd being from Northen Kentucky, these guys are the closest "rock stars" near me haha. But! On a totally random note, I still wish they didn't drop the "Nice" out of their name =/

I've actually heard that a lot of the people down there hate Emanuel, brah. My girlfriend along with a lot of my really good friends I've met at school are from New Albany / Jeff and they claim that everyone is sick of that shit down there.
