i saw them two or three years ago when they opened up for the spill canvas. maaaaaan both of those bands were SUPER small back then.

there was like 25-30 people in the club at that show.

it sucks even more for me, because The Bell And the Hammer has been one of the most influential albums in my life this year, and it's really helped me cope with a few issues at hand.

They will be sorely missed.

I only got to see them once, and they aren't coming even relatively near me on their remaining dates. I'll always remember seeing them because I started my first job the Monday after the Saturday I saw them, and I wore their shirt to work. Both Always Leave The Ground and The Bell & The Hammer are just amazing, as are they. I'm sooo bummed. :-0

i'm totally shocked by this. i just saw them in nashville last week and got to speak with jeff for a few minutes. he said that "The Bell and Hammer" was starting to gain speed after a slow first couple months, so i'm sad to see them go when they are gaining more momentum. these are some of the finest people/musicians i've ever seen though, so no doubt they will produce more amazing music in some form. best of luck to TDAA. thanks for the music.
