My Blogs pages are being cut off

I'm not sure what to do. I have 12 entries but can only see four. I can't change the page either. It says that I'm looking at 12 entries but I'm not. So, it's really weird. Does any one have any ideas on what it could be?

I can't even enter a blog title or do anything to do with blogs because I get a message telling me I don't have access. :-)

New to the site and can't get anything in the blog section of the site to work. It keeps saying I do not have permission. Do I need to have a certain post count or do I need to ask permission or register somewhere to make a blog? It tells me to contact the site if there is a problem but when I hit that button it just tells me I'm at an old version of that page or something and nothing comes up about who to contact or what to do.
