...this thread may flop horribly, then again it may prove to be useful.

Basically, look through your entire cd/record/mp3 collection, there's surely some old classics that you used to love but that somehow got shoved down towards the bottom/back of your rack/box. Some of us might have similar albums we ignored for years on end.

I'll go first.

Ten Foot Pole - Unleashed
I just found this again yesterday, haven't listened to it in ages. Still as addictive and catchy as they were when I first heard them. Nothing particularly amazing but just really good, solid pop punk.

I'm gonna delve deeper into my collection when I get back from work tonight.

Im the other way round, never really listened to 'Ruiner' a great deal, but since I bought it 'Mute Print' rarely goes a week or so without having at least a quick play.

AFI - 'Very Proud of Ya'

Up until leaving Nitro AFI were one of my favourite bands, infact I still rate 'Shut Your Mouth and Open Your Eyes' as one of the best punk records of the 90's...people can slate me for that, I don't care. But I'd completely forgotten about this album, listened to it last night and it sounded fresher than it ever has done. Old OLD AFI fucking rules.

well, the reason i never really listen to mute print was the only time AWS came through here was right before Ruiner came out, so it was the new album and is listened to it a bunch since it was newer. it's kinda weird, but I do that sometimes.
