Hold on Posting for New members?

One of my friends just joined (username DoubleQJB). It says that he can't post at all. He also can't look at his profile. I have no idea what to tell him to do. Help, please!

He should be able to get to his account. Posting... posts to forums or posts as in news and blogs, etc?

I have a friend who has the same problem right now. His username is .ALEXisonfire. He made an account last night.
