I really wish this band had gone in another direction with their new record, not because it`s not a good record, just because I personally don`t like it ...

i never thought nfg were ones to follow trends or have a gimmick, but this whole 'grown up look' of ties, jackets and sweaters annoys me sometimes. it's like they didnt think people would believe they've matured as a band so they have to change the way they look to 'make people believe it'.

oh well. i still love them.

i must say, jordan's voice is sounding gooooood. did they change the keys of their songs so he wasnt straining his voice so much or has he gotten that much better?

also - is it worth it to see the band on their current tour if you've been a fan for years and have never seen them live?

i was there at 7AD and was disappointed fuse didn't show them playing understatement, but it was awesome getting to interact with them in such a small venue, if you could even call it a venue.

Yeah, when I played it I was like "they are dressed way nicer than they do at their shows." Nevertheless, they are a great band.

i haven't seen NFG in 3 1/2 years, which sucks, but at that time i'd seen them 5 or 6 times. they used to play "Passing Time" live, but stopped after Sticks And Stones. Any chance they brought that song back for this tour? David Geffen should require them to play that song at every show. haha. Kidding, of course. Or am I?

I saw them at warped a few years ago but before that I hadn't seen them since 2001. I saw them on Friday and they were amazing. Brought back such good memories.

They sometimes play 2's and 3's on this current tour but when I saw them last week they did not. Still an amazing show though.

i used to believe that jordan had one of the worst live voices after seeing them a couple times. This video now changes my mind, with his new voice he can sing the song alot more accurately and it sounds 100x better then old jordan. Now only if mr. stump could hook up with jordan and find out what he did!

i just saw them live in seattle, and his voice sounds WAAAY different here. this video is way more accurate with his pitches. Its too hard for me to believe it wasnt dubbed over.

i was there as well and also was mad fuse didn't show understatement. god that was so much fun. especially when they were just hanging around the streets of nyc afterwards.
