Running Mix

I need suggestions for fast-paced songs to listen to when I'm running. I'm training for the NYC marathon in November and need a few hours worth of music. I'm not looking for good music, just anything that has a fast tempo and catchy beat.

The Academy Is...' album Almost Here always keeps me going for some reason, it's not particularly *fast paced* or anything but it does the job.

Um, perhaps some RHCP? Some pop- punk.
