I have a crush on my guitarist, but I don't want to say anything about it. I'm the singer for my band, and he flirts with me alot, and listens to me, and compliments me all the time. And so I like him, but I don't know what to do. I don't know if he really likes me or not, and I don't know how to approach him. Please help!

This "problem" you have is exactly why there's not more girls in music today. Too many guys are worried about starting bands with girls and then having this sort of thing happen, because when it goes bad, it usually means the end, not to mention it makes it awkward for everyone in the band.
I've had guyfriends tell me this sort of thing is the exact reason why they won't even let girls go on tour as merch girls, and the 2 times they tried to be proven wrong, they were proven right by the girl going gaga over someone in the band or someone else that one on the tour and it just made it weird for everyone involved.

Man, I remember that age vividly. Being shy about that stuff. I feel bad haha. This is what happens I guess.

I say you just ask him if he wants to hang out just the two of you go somewhere like a park or wherever. If he's into it then you know he has an interest. When you guys hang out that day, just tell him that you like him and if he doesn't feel that it would hurt the band, you should go for it.
