Toxic Coworkers

Does anyone have a person or persons at work that you just can't stand to see every day? I had a little issue with a few people I work with and now we don't really speak and I know they talk about me behind my back. I cringe and feel uncomfortable every time I see them.

I've tried being above it all and act like it doesn't bother me. I've tried acting like nothing happened. I've tried killing them with kindness.

Now I'm just hoping they all quit or get fired. Ha ha.

Any advice?

coworkers will always talk behind your back, no matter what.

just ignore them. work doesn't have to be spent socially (though that does make it go faster), and you can always have civil conversations when they come up. just don't bring them up.

i used to work at this lazer tag place and there was this crazy chick that was obsessed with me.

it was awful, especially because i had a girlfriend, she would always try and corner me and shit it was terrible.

a few times i would get suckered by my boss into taking her home after our shift and she lived so far from me. on the drives home, when we would get in the car she would immediatly ask if i wanted to fool around and she wouldnt stop the entire way it was soooooo awkward.

That's what stinks about my situation; I LOVE my job and there are certain situations in which I HAVE to work with the people I don't like. I guess that is just life though!

I am the worst position ever with my job which is why I just quit.

I had this girl who was one of my best friends for the longest time. We got a job together and have worked there for a long time. I was dating this guy who I was head over heels for and when I broke up with him, it turned my life upside down. I hated him for what he turned into. I then go to this girls house one night (the one I went to for emotional support after my breakup) to surprise her and find him at her fucking house.
I find out they had been having sex since a month before I broke up with him. My friend was having sex with my then boyfriend. FOR A FUCKING MONTH.

Then he decides to get a job where I work.

I tried dealing with it for 3 months. Now I can't be by those asshole pieces of crap leaving and coming together and making it incredibly obvious that they are dating.
Hell has a place for people like this.
Dirty dirty disgusting people.
Needless to say, going into work everyday made me want to throw things and burst out in tears every single second.
I'm glad saturday is my last day.

i work with a bunch of guys, and you would think that it would be so much better than working with bitchy, petty females. but really its not. it doesnt make much of a difference, they all bitch about each other to me, so i am sure they bitch about me to each other as well. not to mention two of them are druggies, and my boss is an alcoholic. i am the office manager and it is very difficult to work with them most of the time. its too bad i dont have the authority to fire anyone!

you can keep hoping that they quit or are fired, or you can kill them with kindness and piss them off, or you can just ignore them. haha. thats my advice.

I work with mostly females as well. I thought it was cool that there were a bunch of females in power when I first started here. But it's like a small high school. Then all the women in power quit or got fired and things started running much more smoothly.

You see 200 people every fucking day, and they're from all walks of life. It's impossible to get along with most of them. I think I can deal with talking to a maximum of 5-10 of them.

My first main job I worked with my best friend. It was kitchenhanding and we were the lowest of the low. Two 16 year old kids surrounded by a bunch of grumpy 30-40 year old failures who were angry because this is where they turned out.

If I hadn't had him there I think I would have gone insane.

So yeah, get a friend to apply for a job where you work or punch your co-workers in the mouth.
