Teppei from Thrice

or

East Bay Ray from Dead Kennedys

Teppei's riffs are just crazy fast and complicated....
but East Bay Ray may be one of the most underrated guitarists ever, I mean, just listen to a song like "Too Drunk To Fuck", the riff is fast and makes the song sound kinda cartoonish, or even the magical siren riff in "Police Truck".....the list goes on.
