1. Yellowcard - Ocean Avenue
-- suprisingly, its really good. sounds different, harder if you must, than the underdog EP did. it's a really catchy album with some awesome hooks. the violin's sound wicked and it is sure to please any yellowcard fan. this is deffinately an album a pop punk fan might want to check out. even if you aren't a fan of yellowcard, then you still might want to give it a listen or two. it made me become a bigger fan.
2. MXPX - Before Everything And After
-- good old mxpx is back. another solid album from these guys. again, awesome hooks and deffinately an album that will please previous mxpx fan's. it deffinately sounds more produced than even their last full length did, but its still worth many of your listens. some pretty tight tracks on this baby, including the short clip of the one some of you might have seen in that commerical they did for pepsi, when they were playing live. solid album here.
do you even buy cd's, or do you just burn them all?

to be honest, i do inface burn most of my cd's. but lot's of times when i really like an album, yeah ill pick it up. whenever i have money ill go to the store and pick up an album.

ah..that's cool. i hate listening to ripped copies, it just loses the appeal of the cd to me. but occassionally, i'll burn a cd and then buy it later. unless it's like a guilty pleasure (i.e. gc :eek:, then i'll just burn it).

yeah man i hear you, although don't get me wrong. i do burn MOST of my cd's.
I want the mxpx new cd. A good old favorite i don't ever get around to listening to anymore. I don't know yellowcard at all though.

the more i listen to the new yellowcard, the more i like it. I wasnt crazy about it in the beginning but its growing on me.
i just got the new mxpx, and i dont really like it. and i like everpassing moment. maybe if i listen to it more ill start liking it.

yeah, when you got some time give it a shot. the new one tend's to seem a little different. its still filled with catchy pop punk hooks, but it sounds a little harder...i guess. not really but ye know.

yeah! i hate listening to copies. they are usually all wrong. So as much as possible I try to buy the album!
but I seriously cant wait for that new YELLOWCARD! that will kick fucking ass!
