i love how the whole pop-punk scene is now starting to go really "hardcore" :rolleyes:

EX: i was on my break at work and i went into FYE to actually purchase Deja Entendu (i had a burned copy for a while) .. and i notice a new girl working there. She points at a cd and says "lets put this in" the other girl is like "who is it?" and she goes, "A static lullaby". she puts the cd in. and she's says "its not working".. and you can hear the intro part of the first song where it starts out kinda quite. so i say to her "it starts out like that.. thats how the cd is." and she says "no the cd starts out really loud and screamy" .. which is bullshit. she claims to be a big fan.

i thought i'd share cuz theres not too much interesting on the board right now.. and im bored out of my mind \m/

the punk scene here switched to hardcore a while back. but everyone here is more into alot harder stuff than static lullabye.

im not talking about the punk scene.. im talking about those mtv people that went from NFG .. to the Used.. and now their going to A static lullaby.. and it amuses me how people that claim to be fans of the band. dont even know what the first track sounds like.. i mean i havnt even listened to that cd very much and i still knew it

It is a theme ok. i made this screename along time ago and i thought it would be a nice little joke. but then i just decided to keep the name. and at times make attempted jokes about it. i know its not funny to anyone. but i dont care. this is the internet. im just talking to my keyboard. that is what you are all doing. talking to your keyboard. lalalalalalallala.
