last night was their last show. it was rather sudden. they were playing the show anyway and then halfway through this past week they decided it was going to be their last.

Is that all they've released? I know there were more tracks on their hxcmp3 account or something...

Brian from They And The Children here. i was forwarded to this post so i figured i would mention that the last BFB show was fucking awesome and we were very honored to be asked to play. we're also glad that people dug our set.

a few clarifications:

our s/t 7" is no longer available through us. we ran out of copies and the dude that pressed it has disappeared and therefore if there are any left we no longer can get them. i believe the kind fellow at Slave Union distro has some copies of it, so please feel free to check out his website and pick one up if youre interested. Justin (of Slave Union) is a great guy and should be able to hook you up.

other than the s/t 7" we had/have a demo (which is no longer available but if you find me I can send you some mp3s), the 5 song EP on TorJohnson/ShockValue, and the split w/ DST on Shock Value.

in January we will be releasing our split 7" w/ Towers, from Philadelphia. this too will be out on Shock Value. you can get this through either the band and/or Shock Value or any other distro after its release. our contribution to this split should be available to listen to on our myspace page (www.myspace.com/theyandthechildren (http://www.myspace.com/theyandthechildren)).

looking into the future, we just recorded a 5 song demo (4 w/ vocals) for an upcoming full length that we are still writing/fine tuning. I'm sure a track or two from this demo will be up on our website once we get it mixed. we might make a few cd-r's to sell on our upcoming weekend (Jan 12th-16th) w/ Western MA's RELICS as well as our planned May tour w/ CT's Call It Arson (www.callitarson.com (http://www.callitarson.com)).
