i dont know that it "means" anything, its a thing you use to clean your vagina.

yeah, some people think that after sex they have to "cleanse" themselves. it doesnt work, it irritates the vagina and leads to infection. for girls its a big thing but for guys it means their girlfriends smell and are a bit on edge for a couple days. some girls also think its a foolproof birth control method (it isnt). so basically its just a bad thing in general. its also a deragatory term for just about anything (which is probably how your friend meant it anyway so everything i just typed has no bearing on anything, it just takes up space)
