awesome. thanks. def ordering.
i picked this up, pretty solid although it's moreso just reworkings of the already quiet/acoustic songs from the red tree. the song i swore never to sing is actually less acoustic, they added drums to it on this ep.

This was already posted, but I'm glad it was posted again. I reviewed it here. (http://absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=183479)
I think its phenomenal; I still haven't gotten my hard-copy, so I still have the DVD to look forward to. Oh, I should edit in so it's easier to get to where to buy it from my review.

It'll probably be out before the 25th. However, in your hands by the 24th, I'm not sure. When it drops, pony up for express.

Red Tree = best of 2006
Agree 100%
I just got my copy of this the other day. The DVD is pretty cool and the songs sound amazing. They found a way to make songs that are already fucking amazing and make them better.

Dude if you're in the states, this cd is gonna cost me like 25 bucks. "oh it's imported"...I could understand a Japan import for Less Than Jake or something...but I'm not paying 25 bucks for an EP sold in Canada.
I love this band to death but there has to be another place I can buy this cd from. It'll be on ebay in a month.
If there are enough American fans that want the EP/DVD, I'll order a bunch for you guys. Cost ( + $3.25 USD for light packet air postage (http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/pg/manual/CPCPrices-e.asp#i21) (http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/pg/manual/CPCPrices-e.asp#i21%29).
If there are people interested, just shoot me a message.
edit: The more that are interested, the cheaper it would be due to the cheap combined shipping to Canada that MyMerchTable offers).

moneen is probably the best live band ever. ive seen them 3ish times this year. every time there was a relatively similar set-list, but every time i left with more than i came with. kenny n hippy and petr are all really cool dudes to talk to. i havent had the opportunity to talk to erik yet. in good time... in good time

I think I like these more than the originals. The instruments sound more effective. Kind of reminds me of the latest Owen release.
