Lucky Boys Confusion (http://www.absolutepunk.net/artists/showlink.php?do=showdetails&l=2581&catid=searchresults&searchid=988002), after announcing their indefinite hiatus (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=173061), will be playing their final two shows at the Metro on December 29th and 30th. These shows will be a part of an on going local showcase called Songs From a Scene. Bands such as A Fading Memory (http://www.myspace.com/afadingmemory), Starter Kit (http://www.myspace.com/starterkitrock), and Simplistic Urge (http://www.myspace.com/simplisticurge) will be along for the ride.

they made a statement shortly after announcing the indefinite haitus that they were not breaking up, but merely taking a short break, and that the haitus announcement was worded wrong... did i miss something that would officially make this their final two shows, or are you just assuming that due to the haitus?

Show me that statement.

And yes, I'm assuming.

They've recently deleted both the haitus blog, plus the one I'm referring to from their myspace page and regular website, but it read:

"Hold on people!!! That last bit might have been worded wrong. Please stop calling Doug and please don't spread any rumors about our band "breaking up". We're on a short break and we will let you know asap whats going on. Thank you."

There are other people referenceing it on this page (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=173061&page=3&highlight=lucky+boys+confusion) and the following from the original thread on here about it if you don't believe me. Either way, you answered my question... thanks

No, I'm guessing he just recognizes how awful this band is.

I am so glad I got to see them on the bowling for soup tour before they broke up. I will miss these guys, they were an important part of my life and changed how I looked at the world forever. Best of luck to everyone in the band!
