i need to buy a car really soon, im going to buy a used car.. no trucks, no suv's, and no minivans.
i have about 5,000 saved right now.. and i dont plan on paying more than that for a used car. do u guys have any suggestions?

i want an 86-88 Monte Carlo SS...having one of those would rock.
Or a classic muscle car, like a Camaro, Nova, GTO, Cuda....any of those.
get a Ford Expidition - now made to seat AT LEAST 3 soccer teams!

old plain Monte Carlo's are gross. my grandma drives a rusted out one. old Monte Carlo SS's in good condition are teh rock. they're great cars.

Get an Austin Mini Cooper....sweetest things in teh wrold, plus you can totally redo teh engine over and with a nice exhauts you will have a sweet care that while take anyone of the start, or when in doubt rely on the Toyota Supra TT with 950 horsepower stock...no one will fucking touch you...

if im not spending more than $5000, how nice of a car can i get?
but its enough to get me a decent car.. right now im thinking of getting a Hyundai Tiburon or a Honda del sol those are pretty nice and they sell for around that price

Buy a Toyota Corolla. You can get them cheap and they are pretty reliable. I bought one for $8,000 and haven't had a problem yet.

seriously get a foreign car, those things are good for up to like 100,000 miles, you can buy a low line nissan sentra for like 5 or kia for right around there too

Where are you getting a Tiburon for under 5k? those things are nice i'll admit so it must be in pretty bad shape or an evil wife selling her ex-husbands car to be under 5k

im just browsing online. and i found some for around 6,000 and a little over 5,000. i was looking at cars.com & carsmart.com and a few others i cant remember. ebay has them for around 3-4 grand .. but thats ebay for u

the camry's aren't bad either. but i have yet to find a decent one under $10,000.
