Annoying AP.net Subscription E-mails

I get an e-mail for every thread I've posted in on Sunday nights/Monday mornings. is there a way to get these to stop?

Yes.
Go to your control panel.
Click on "My Account"
Look for section called "Messages and notifications"
on the drop down options in that section click "no email notification"

I'm a little pissed off that any user on AP registered here shows up on a google serach. Search your email on google and it will show up from AbsolutePunk. This is my first post ever made on the forums and its to tell you how pissed off I am about my personal security being breached AND that I don't have a way of deleting my profile. SO GAY
