The history of Pwned. From what I understand, pwned means the same thing as owns pretty much. It came into use a couple of years ago in an IRC chat. How, you ask? Well an argument was going on when someone came up with a clever witty response. A spectator responded with the standard owned, but mistyped the word.:eek: It came out pwned. Since then it has spread like aids and picked up many different meanings, but in reality, its just a simple mis-spelling.

It's overhyped

People think it's a badge of honour to have seen it, and most of them don't even understand the post-modernist themes in it.

it's just a movie, and in my opinion, i can enjoy a movie and say i understood it without being able to write a 70 page thesis on the themes and ideas expressed throughout the movie.

i liked it, and i'd watch it again, but i'm not bragging about it or anything. and i definitely don't feel priveleged that i've watched it. again, it's just a movie.

and hey, i'll try to send you that movie tomorrow, if you still want it. aim= wasted by you.
