I've listened to Cool To Be You much more than Milo Goes To College, but they are both great albums. It was a hard decision, but I sing along more to Cool To Be You and had to go with that.

It's been ages since I've listened to them also. There are so many good pop punk bands from the '90s that I always manage to forget about. Tricky Dick owned, and some of those guys are in one of my favorite modern pop punk bands (the larry arms anyone?).
