both albums are exactly alike to me. two more upbeat singles and then a serious single (adams song being the one from enema of the state and stay together for the kids from toypaj). both the same catchy style of pop-punk and both with lyrics alike eachother.

alright i hear what you're saying, but you gotta remember. right from the second blink became a band they said they were only in this to get rich and famous and make lots of money and head for stardom. and thats what they're doing. blink was never in it to please themselves. they want to write catchy shit which will sell. they couldn't do that back in the days of chesire cat and buddah etc. well, they tried, but it wasnt selling. and now that they've learned how to please the crowd more and evolved in the direction they said they were going from the start of it all, they're getting to live out their dream. toypaj is exactly what they wanted to make so they could do what they always said they were going to do.

don't get me wrong, i like dashboard alot. it wasn't really meant as a personal attack toward's chris. i just found it funny how punked87 called blink a pop band and how pop fans only love their stuff when he was sporting a dbc avatar. and there's nothing wrong with writing songs based on your emotion's, alot of mine are exactly alike that, except not as whiney (don't take that as an insult towards CC, theres nothing wrong with that). but when i base my songs on my emotions then tend to be angry sounding or harder etc. but then ive got all my fun upbeat songs too. but yeah, i was just kidding around. try not to take anything i say all that seriously, it's all in good fun.

no...its called DEVELOPING, its what all good bands do. Bands that play the same shit over and over again get nowhere, and bands that develop and improve on their music aspects dont necessarily do it for "media" purposes.
