under my first high school coach, at the start of every game he'd play a highlight tape of kids who went on from our school to play d-1 while 'bang your head' played.

i always hated that song, but paired with that video it pumped us the fuck up. especially late in the season when coach surprised us and switched up the highlight reel with plays from our season. that worked even better.

on my own though, bush's sixteen stone got me through bus rides on the way to road games in high school. and in college, stabbing westward did wonders for me.
