Zen Version M vs. iPod Video

i don't know if i should get an iPod or a Zen.. pros? cons? help

iPod: Pretty good usability with Windows and OS X, longer battery (I think with the new models), it looks hawt I suppose, bigger mod community
V:M: Lots more support with video, it's not an iPod, ability to transfer files onto computer, microphone and some other shit

iPod: One day you will be robbed and raped because of those white headphones, limited video support,
V:M: Clunkier, no FLAC support at all (You can on iPod with a hack), some other shit too.

I have a V:M, but they both do the same thing really.

Cons:
iPod: The screen and backside tend to get pretty scratched if you don't watch it/don't have a case.
V:M : Doesn't have a scroll wheel. no iTunes+iPod integration.
